Position:   Account Manager, Multiple USA Regions
Location:  Corporate HQ, Reno, NV

We are looking for high-energy, sales Account Managers with a background in SaaS or software sales for our North American sales team with a background in enterprise applications sales, SaaS, cloud software solutions, enterprise consulting, enterprise integration or other enterprise solution selling. Ideal candidates should possess strong business to business sales and account management experience selling to the senior executive level. Your background in business to business technology sales, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical device industries is a plus. SureClinical offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to sell health sciences application software solutions. Some travel may be required to tradeshows and customer events. On the job travel and potentially driving is approximately 25%.

Position:   Sales Development Representative, Multiple USA Regions

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to work closely with SureClinical Account Managers to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule initial meetings and presentations. The right candidate must be able and motivated to pick up the phone and make 50+  calls or email outreaches / day.   Any background in telesales selling software solutions and setting appointments is a plus.

We are looking for a Product Support Representative to work with customers and internal staff to research and resolve technical questions.   A technical background with exposure to software and systems is required.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will help build enterprise cloud technology. Contribute to technical and design decisions. Troubleshoot and provide product fixes, maintenance and technical support. Responsible for all aspects of the software development life cycles for health science applications.


Position:   Executive Assistant
Location:  Corporate HQ, Reno, NV

As an Executive Assistant, you will be working closely with the CEO and other Executives in the company assisting with multiple urgent requests/projects simultaneously. This role requires great organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. The candidate is required to succeed with minimal guidance and take effective actions. As an Executive Assistant, your goal is to optimize the use of your Executive’s time and help them run their business efficiently.

Position:   Project Coordinator

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping facilitate the successful and timely execution of SureClinical’s eClinical applications. Working in a small team, where you will have a huge impact on our fast-growing business by helping us reach the next level and stage of growth. In this role, you will manage internal software development projects. The Project Manager will also work with functional stakeholders and management to ensure standardized processes are established across the software development life cycle and release management to drive the development of high quality, high value software applications.


Position:   Marketing Coordinator
Location:  Corporate HQ, Reno, NV

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing activities under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing. Activities will include social channel content creation and management, marketing event project coordination. Additional activities can include content development, link building, and marketing research and analysis. Marketing Coordinators also contribute to the success of website development projects through search engine optimization (SEO), technical audits, and social media content creation.


Position:   Software Trainer
Location:  Corporate HQ, Reno, NV

As a Software Trainer, you will become an expert-level user of our eClinical Cloud Applications. This knowledge base will assist you in understanding customer specific requirements and new features for our solutions. You will create training scripts and present live training to new customers as they are due to go live. 


Position:   Compliance Associate

As Compliance Associate, you will be working closely with the Compliance Manager to maintain SureClinical’s quality systems in compliance. This role requires great organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. The candidate is required to succeed with minimal guidance and take effective actions. As a Compliance Associate, your goal is to follow-up and maintain our compliance documents up to date, including: audit observations, company-wide training, and controlled documents.
