The Product Support Representative works with customers and internal staff to research and resolve technical questions. A technical background with exposure to software and systems is required.

You will lead, project manage, facilitate and coordinate efforts for the CEO in four major functional areas of the Office of the CEO: Investor relations, corporation communications, administration, and corporate philanthropy. This will include administrative activities, helping to set priorities, and working with internal teams to get projects done. The SureClinical Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales and revenue objectives within an assigned geographic territory, inclusive of prospecting to identify new sales opportunities, opportunity qualification, and proficiently leveraging organizational resources to bring opportunities to a successful close. Account Executives create and build consultative, long-term relationships with their prospects and customers, and develop value-driven, cost-effective solutions to assist in solving the challenges that life science organizations face throughout therapeutic drug & medical device development.

The Sales Development Representative plays an important role in identifying and developing new prospect customers and untapped market whitespace for SureClinical. The SDR is responsible for managing various SureClinical sales campaigns while building and executing upon a contact strategy, specific to assigned territories, in conjunction with sales. Instilling a strong culture of KPI’s and using well-developed metrics and methodologies, the SDR will drive new business opportunities, build prospective customer relationships, and demonstrate a “play to win” attitude in all areas.
