These SC Partner Program Policies are current as of the version date set forth above and will remain in effect until or unless they are superseded at this same (or redirected) URL by a version with a later version date. SC may update or modify these Policies in its sole discretion, with or without notice. 

 

Referral Partner Program 

SureClinical offers a referral partner program that provides partners with a demo & training instance of our suite of eClinical Apps and platform. This Program is designed for CROs, ETMF Consultants and Service Providers to showcase SureClincial’s ETMF, CTMS, ISF and SureEsign to potential customers and train current customers and staff on how to use the platform.



Benefits of the Referral Program

Enhanced Offerings: With access to a demo & training instance of our suite of eClinical Apps and platform, partners can easily showcase the benefits of SureClincial’s ETMF, CTMS, ISF and SureEsign, to potential customers and train existing customers on how to use it effectively. This allows partners to expand their offerings and provide their customers with a cutting-edge solution.

 

Simplified Licensing & Support: The referral program allows partners to take the burden of licensing and software support off their plate and let SureClinical’s team handle it. This frees up partners’ resources and lets them focus on other aspects of their business such as delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Customizable Management: The referral program allows partners to manage training and clinical trial management as they please. This allows partners to customize the platform to their specific needs and offer their customers a unique solution.

 

Partner Value Co-Marketing: SureClinical works with partners to help create a differentiated value offering with co-marketing. Help stand out, we will help market what makes your company different and help align it with our suite of products! 

 

Cross-Marketing: The SureClinical Referral Partner Program provides a unique marketing opportunity for both SureClinical and its partners. Through the program, partners have the option to use SureClinical’s logo and branding in their marketing materials, such as on social media, websites, and press releases. Likewise, the partners’ agree to allow SureClinical the option to use their partner’s logo and branding in their own marketing materials, which can help increase their visibility and credibility in the market for both parties. This collaboration provides a mutually beneficial opportunity for both parties to expand their reach and attract new customers.



Program Details

Benefits for Partners: The referral program allows partners to manage training and clinical trial management as they please. This means partners can offer their customers a reliable and efficient platform that streamlines the clinical trial process, while SureClinical handles all the licensing, updates, and renewals for partners’ customers.

 

Additional Partner Benefits May Include:

Product Training & Certification: Training courses offered for Partner’s staff with optional certification in SureClinical’s ETMF, CTMS, ISF, Esign, AI and more.

 

Demo Materials: Partner may request use of any SureClinical demo videos, slide decks, datasheets, and more. 

 

Demo & Training Instance (DTI): SureClinical provides partners with a demo & training instance of our suite of eClinical Apps that can be used to showcase the platform to potential customers, as well as train current customers or staff. 

 

DTI is a Non-Production Instance: It’s important to note that partners will not be able to use this instance for production purposes. A member of SureClinical’s team must maintain access to the demo & training instance to ensure it is functioning correctly and that no unauthorized changes have been made.

 

Partner Account Manager: Every partner receives a designated partner account manager from the SureClinical team. “PAM” is available to the partner for any needs throughout the demo and training process, including quote creation, training guidance, demo assistance, and support.
