Zack has over 20 years’ experience in enterprise applications development and product management at leading enterprise software firms Siebel, Oracle and Adobe. Prior to its acquisition by Oracle, Zack was the founder of Siebel Systems’ Handheld products group, where he led the product team that successfully launched a suite of enterprise mobile applications that commanded 50%+ market share. At SureClinical, Zack leads the development of SureClinical’s cloud applications, high-trust digital signing platform and network for mobile and web.

In the non-profit area, Zack is the founder and Chair of the OASIS eTMF Standard initiative, and he is a a co-author of the OASIS eTMF Standard specification. The mission of the OASIS eTMF Standards initiative is to develop interoperable clinical trial content management technologies that help accelerate the safe delivery of new drug therapies to patients through the elimination of manual paper-based processes. OASIS eTMF has participation from HL7, Mayo Clinic, Safe BioPharma, University of Michigan, Oracle Health Sciences and many other life sciences organizations.

Chappuie brings to SureClinical a wealth of experience in the software and service industry with 15 years’ experience leading sales, business development and partner development teams. Prior to SureClinical, Chappuie was Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Partner Programs for Dell Boomi and held responsibility for global strategic customers, partner acquisition, and channel development. Boomi was acquired by Dell in 2010 following its rapid growth and visionary introduction of the first, multi-tenant middleware cloud which was recognized by independent analysts as the leader in Enterprise Cloud Application Integration. Before Boomi, Chappuie served as the Vice President of the Education Systems Division for MAXIMUS, Inc., where he led the growth of the division’s business from $2.0M to over $80M in sales. At Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Chappuie further gained international enterprise software and service experience as a manager working in its PeopleSoft practice.

Ms. Morris is an experienced technology executive with over 25 years in leadership roles ranging from startups to large Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining SureClinical as CFO, she was with Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (MBI), an ag biotech company based in Davis, California. She was CFO of MBI from its founding in 2006 until 2011, when she assumed the role of VP Corporate Development and led the company’s growing business development activities. During her tenure she raised $70M in capital and was an integral part of the team that completed the IPO for Marrone Bio Innovations.

Prior to MBI, she spent 15 years in management roles at Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Agilent Technologies. The majority of the time she was involved with corporate development activities including numerous investments in emerging technologies, private and public company acquisitions, as well as several significant divestitures. Before joining the corporate development group she held various roles in marketing. Prior to HP, Ms. Morris worked with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and also spent time as an investment banker in Madrid, Spain.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two organizations, the Sacramento Regional Technology Association and the Center for Land Based Learning.

Ms. Morris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with an emphasis on bioelectronics.
